Knowledge Wave India (“KWI”) is a proprietorship business operating under the trade name Knowledge Wave India. The business is owned and operated by Mr. Chandra Harsh.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Knowledge Wave India website, platform, courses, digital products, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Refund Policy, Partner/Commission Policy, and other policies or guidelines published by KWI.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing from the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the applicable policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service or purchase any KWI product or course.
You must be 16 years of age or older to use the Service.
Individuals between 16 and 18 years of age may use the Service or access KWI courses only with the consent and involvement of their parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Any purchase or contractual transaction involving a person below 18 years of age should be made or authorized by their parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
By using the Service, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
Knowledge Wave India provides educational and skill-development courses, training materials, digital learning resources, and related educational services.
Our courses are designed to provide knowledge, skills, concepts, strategies, and practical learning intended to support personal, professional, and entrepreneurial development.
However, KWI does not guarantee any specific educational, professional, business, employment, income, sales, profit, or financial outcome from the use or completion of any course, product, or service.
Individual results may vary depending on factors such as a person's existing knowledge, skills, experience, effort, implementation, consistency, market conditions, individual circumstances, and other factors beyond KWI's control.
Any decision to apply information obtained through our Service should be made after considering your own circumstances and conducting appropriate due diligence.
KWI does not guarantee, promise, represent, or assure any specific income, revenue, profit, business growth, sales, employment, financial return, or other result from the use of its courses, products, information, or services.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, figures, demonstrations, or statements regarding results are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. They should not be interpreted as a representation of typical, average, or guaranteed results.
Business and entrepreneurial activities involve inherent risks, and results can differ substantially between individuals.

Information provided through Finance Wave should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified and appropriately licensed professional.
Any financial decision made by you is your own responsibility.
KWI courses are provided with lifetime access, unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular product or service.
Lifetime access means that, following a valid purchase, you are entitled to access the applicable course for the duration that the course remains offered and available through KWI's learning platform or its successor platform.
KWI may from time to time update, improve, reorganize, replace, or modify course materials, features, technologies, or methods of delivering the course. Such changes may be made to maintain, improve, or enhance the educational experience.
KWI does not guarantee that any particular website design, technology, platform, feature, hosting provider, or delivery method will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Where an account is required to access the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
KWI courses and accounts are intended solely for the personal use of the purchaser.
You must not:
Share your account, login credentials, password, or course access with another person;
Allow another person to access a course purchased by you;
Sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or otherwise provide your account or course access to another person;
Attempt to bypass access restrictions or other security measures.
Unauthorized account sharing, resale, transfer, or misuse of course access may result in suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to KWI.
When making a purchase through the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process the transaction.
You represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method used for the purchase.
All payments for KWI products and courses must be made only through payment methods and payment channels officially designated or authorized by KWI.
KWI may use authorized third-party payment gateways and service providers to process transactions.
KWI reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict a transaction where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, unauthorized use, payment irregularities, pricing or technical errors, or other legitimate reasons.
KWI courses and other digital products are offered at the prices displayed on the KWI website at the time of purchase. KWI reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or otherwise revise the prices of its courses, products, or services from time to time.
Once a customer has successfully purchased a course or product at the applicable price, any subsequent increase in the price of that course or product will not require the customer to pay the difference. The customer will continue to have access to the purchased course or product in accordance with these Terms and the applicable purchase terms.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the prices displayed on the KWI website are inclusive of applicable GST and other applicable taxes.
KWI may offer discounts, coupons, promotional pricing, festive offers, limited-time offers, launch offers, early-bird offers, partner-specific offers, or other promotional benefits from time to time. The eligibility, validity, terms, and duration of any such offer may vary and will be communicated through the applicable offer or promotional communication.
KWI reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, restrict, or discontinue any discount, coupon, promotional offer, or promotional pricing at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or benefits.
Partners and affiliates may promote KWI courses and products only at the prices, discounts, coupons, and promotional terms officially authorized by KWI. Partners and affiliates are not permitted to independently reduce, increase, alter, or represent the price of any KWI course or product or offer unauthorized discounts or benefits to customers.
While KWI makes reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information displayed on its website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a genuine typographical, technical, system, or other pricing error, KWI reserves the right to correct the error and, where applicable, refuse, cancel, or modify the affected order. If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled due to such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund process.
KWI may provide payment through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, or other payment methods made available through KWI's authorized payment gateways or payment partners. The payment methods available at the time of purchase may vary.
KWI may, in the future, introduce subscription-based products or services. Where a subscription is offered, the applicable subscription fee, billing cycle, renewal terms, cancellation terms, payment terms, and other applicable conditions will be communicated at the time of subscription and will apply only to the particular subscription or service to which they relate.
If KWI introduces a subscription-based product or service and changes its applicable subscription fee, the revised fee may apply from the next applicable billing cycle after reasonable advance notice, subject to applicable law and the terms applicable to that subscription.
Refund requests are governed by the applicable KWI Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to review the applicable Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
Where a refund is applicable, requests will be considered and processed in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
10.1. Refund Timeframe
Customers may request a refund within 48 hours of the original purchase transaction. Refund requests submitted after this 48-hour period will not be eligible for a refund.
10.2. Refund Eligibility After Upgrade
If a customer purchases a course or package and upgrades to a higher course or package within the applicable 48-hour refund period, the customer will remain eligible to request a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy. The eligibility period will be calculated from the original purchase transaction.
10.3. Refunds After the 48-Hour Period
A customer is eligible for a refund only if the refund request is made within 48 hours of the original purchase transaction. Any refund request made after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.
Similarly, if a customer upgrades their course or package after the applicable 48-hour period, the customer will not become eligible for a refund merely because of such upgrade.
10.4. Refund Deductions
Where a refund is approved, a 2% payment gateway fee and a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant transaction.
Any applicable taxes and statutory adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable GST laws and regulations.
10.5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by KWI, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 working days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may further depend on the applicable payment gateway, bank, or other payment service provider.
10.6. Cancellation of Refund Request
If a customer voluntarily cancels or withdraws a refund request, the customer may not be able to reinstate the same refund request after the applicable refund period has expired.
10.7. Partner / Affiliate Transactions
If a customer who was previously enrolled under another Partner/Sponsor obtains a refund and subsequently enrolls through another Partner's referral, the new Partner may not be eligible to receive commission on that enrollment where such enrollment falls under KWI's applicable Partner/Commission Policy.
KWI reserves the right to determine the applicable Partner attribution and commission eligibility in accordance with its Partner/Commission Policy.
10.8. Partner Authority Regarding Refunds
Partners are not authorized to independently approve, promise, process, or guarantee refunds. All refund requests will be handled through KWI's official refund process.
10.9. Finality of Refund Eligibility
The refund eligibility period stated above applies strictly to the original purchase transaction. Refund requests received after the applicable 48-hour period will not be eligible for consideration, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
10.10. Refund Policy Changes
KWI reserves the right to modify, update, or revise its Refund Policy from time to time. Any such changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and will not affect refund rights that have already accrued under the applicable policy.
Participation in the KWI Partner/Affiliate opportunity is optional and completely free of cost.
A customer may purchase any KWI course or product without becoming a Partner.
Participation as a Partner does not create an employment, employer-employee, agency, franchise, joint venture, or similar relationship between the Partner and KWI.
Partners participate independently and are responsible for complying with these Terms, the applicable Partner/Commission Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Any commission payable to an eligible Partner shall be governed by the applicable Partner/Commission Policy in effect at the relevant time.
Commission structures, eligibility requirements, qualification conditions, payout procedures, and related rules may be amended from time to time in accordance with applicable policies.
No Partner is entitled to any fixed, guaranteed, assured, minimum, predetermined, risk-free, or otherwise assured income.
Partners must not represent or imply that:
A specific income is guaranteed;
A particular amount can be earned within a particular period;
KWI provides assured or fixed earnings;
Anyone can become financially successful merely by joining KWI;
The Partner opportunity involves guaranteed financial returns;
Income is automatic, effortless, passive, or risk-free.
Partners must accurately represent the nature of the Partner opportunity and must not create unrealistic expectations.
Partners must not use false, misleading, deceptive, exaggerated, fabricated, or unsubstantiated claims when promoting KWI.
This includes, without limitation:
Fake or manipulated income screenshots;
Fabricated testimonials;
Misleading earnings claims;
False claims regarding KWI products or services;
False claims regarding employment, jobs, income, or financial outcomes;
Presenting personal results as typical or guaranteed results;
Creating artificial urgency or pressure intended to mislead potential customers;
Impersonating KWI or its representatives.
Any testimonial or personal experience used by a Partner must be genuine and must not be presented as a guarantee or representation of typical results.
Partners are not authorized to collect customer payments into personal accounts or through personal UPI IDs, bank accounts, wallets, cash collections, or any other unauthorized payment method.
All customer purchases must be completed through KWI's officially authorized payment channels.
KWI shall not be responsible for unauthorized payments made to a Partner or any other individual outside officially designated payment channels.
Partners must not independently offer or promise:
Unauthorized discounts;
Special pricing;
Refunds;
Bonuses;
Gifts;
Jobs or employment;
Special benefits;
Guaranteed results; or
Any other commitment that has not been officially authorized by KWI.
Partners may use KWI-approved promotional materials, creatives, logos, and branding only in the manner authorized by KWI.
Partners must not create or operate any page, profile, website, advertisement, group, domain, social-media account, or other digital asset that represents or implies that it is an official KWI channel without prior written authorization.
Partners are not permitted to run paid advertisements using the KWI brand name, logo, or other KWI branding without prior written authorization from KWI.
Partners must not use KWI branding in a manner that may confuse or mislead customers regarding whether a communication, page, advertisement, or account is officially operated by KWI.
Partners must not request, collect, store, disclose, or misuse a customer's:
OTP;
Password;
Account credentials;
Payment-card details;
Banking credentials;
UPI PIN;
Authentication information; or
Other sensitive security credentials.
Partners must handle customer information responsibly and only for legitimate purposes permitted by KWI and applicable law.
Partners must direct customers to KWI's official support channels for complaints, refund requests, payment issues, account issues, or other matters requiring official assistance.
Partners must not independently represent that they have authority to resolve, approve, or guarantee matters reserved for KWI.
KWI may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Partner's access to the Partner program where KWI reasonably believes that the Partner has:
Violated these Terms or applicable Partner policies;
Engaged in misleading or deceptive promotion;
Misused KWI branding;
Collected unauthorized customer payments;
Misused customer information;
Engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity;
Attempted to manipulate commissions, referrals, or transactions; or
Otherwise acted in a manner that may harm customers, Partners, KWI, or its reputation.
Such action may be taken in addition to any other rights or remedies available to KWI under applicable law or policy.
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through the Service, including courses, videos, lessons, text, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, branding, software, website materials, downloadable resources, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to KWI and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a course or product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased educational content for your own personal learning purposes.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of or intellectual-property rights in the course content or other KWI materials to you.
You must not, without prior written authorization:
Copy or reproduce KWI course content;
Resell or redistribute course materials;
Upload course content to another platform;
Share paid course content publicly or privately with unauthorized persons;
Record, reproduce, or commercially exploit course materials;
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
Use KWI content to create a competing commercial product.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to further action where appropriate.
“Knowledge Wave India”, “KWI”, associated logos, names, designs, and other brand identifiers are proprietary to KWI or are used by KWI with appropriate rights.
No Partner, customer, or other user may represent themselves as an official representative, employee, agent, authorized office, or official social-media account of KWI unless expressly authorized.
Use of KWI branding must comply with any applicable brand or Partner guidelines issued by KWI.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.
You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account;
Circumvent security or access controls;
Interfere with the operation or security of the website or platform;
Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
Use automated systems to scrape, copy, monitor, or extract website content without authorization;
Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code where prohibited by law;
Use the Service to violate the rights of another person or entity;
Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment activity;
Impersonate KWI, its employees, representatives, Partners, or other users;
Use the Service for activities prohibited by applicable law.
KWI may restrict or suspend access where it reasonably believes that such activity has occurred.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment gateways, applications, or services.
Such third-party services are operated independently from KWI.
KWI does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, policies, or services of third-party websites or platforms.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies applicable to those services.
KWI makes reasonable efforts to keep its website, platform, and digital services accessible and operational.
However, KWI does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, internet connection, or third-party technology.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet disruptions, third-party service failures, cybersecurity incidents, or circumstances beyond KWI's reasonable control.
KWI may modify, update, suspend, or temporarily restrict portions of the Service where reasonably necessary.

KWI does not warrant that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KWI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of the Service, including loss of profits, business opportunities, anticipated savings, data, or business results.
KWI shall not be responsible for outcomes arising from decisions made by you based on educational or informational content provided through the Service.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, KWI's liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law and, where legally permissible, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to KWI for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
For your security, KWI will use its officially designated communication channels for customer support and official business communications.
KWI representatives will never ask you to disclose your OTP, password, UPI PIN, banking password, card PIN, or other confidential authentication credentials.
Customers should not make payments to individuals claiming to represent KWI unless the payment method has been officially designated by KWI.
If you receive a suspicious payment request, message, account, or communication claiming to represent KWI, you should verify it through the official KWI support channel.

Abuse of the Service;
Conduct that may cause harm to KWI, its customers, Partners, or other users.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, KWI may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.
Termination or suspension does not affect provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
KWI shall not be responsible for delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, internet or telecommunications failures, major technical failures, cyber incidents, third-party service disruptions, epidemics, or other extraordinary circumstances.
KWI may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features, content, technologies, or portions of the Service from time to time.
Such changes may be made to improve the Service, maintain security, comply with legal requirements, accommodate technological developments, or for operational reasons.
KWI may update these Terms from time to time.
Where material changes are made, KWI may provide notice through appropriate means, including by publishing the revised Terms on the website.
The updated Terms will apply from the date specified in the revised version or, where no date is specified, from the time they are published.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Service after applicable changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where there is a specific policy applicable to a particular product, transaction, or activity, that policy will apply to that subject matter to the extent of any inconsistency.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
